Please check out my girl’s blog! She is an amazing source of motivation for me and I know you will love her!
Ugh… I always make my goals on Saturdays because it’s a good time to asses weekend slacking and diet cheating and what work you will have to put in on Monday. If you make goals the day you start them you are more likely to not stick to them.
Give yourself a fun weekend and really think of your goals, that gives you Sunday to rest for the day physically and mentally and let’s you really think over your goals- give them time to stick in your brain and make the commitment to them so Monday can be your fresh start!
So today I am thinking about the double cardio sessions I will be implementing on Monday as well as cutting my carb intake in half. I have put so much muscle into my body the last few weeks with great success so now is the time to lean out and tone up! Bikini season is just about in full swing!
Goals shouldn’t be excessive or obsessive. Set reasonable goals with room to do better. Underestimating yourself too much is a problem overtime but overworking yourself is dangerous and unhealthy. You have to find your pace and your reasonable limit of pushing yourself. You want to feel the burn! Not feeling the burn means you didn’t do something hard enough or long enough. Pain means you have gone too far! This is usually where people benefit from a personal trainer.
I’m going to start doing tips of the day every day for you guys to get in beach body shape in no time! :)
